Hey Guys! We're back to normal at BCESP.

Dear BCE SCHOLARS:

Now that things are going back to normal again, it is time to thank our Mayor for understanding the scholars’ plight in the aftermath of Typhoon Ondoy and for declaring a moratorium covering all college scholars for the 2nd semester of the current school year. This is the reason why the scholars who would have been otherwise disqualified were able to renew their scholarship this semester.

However, starting November 15, 2009, the grade prerequisite of 2.25 and the ranking and point systems are again in place. Therefore I admonish you all to study even harder and to comply earnestly with the program requirements in order to preclude problems in the renewal of your scholarship grant next semester.

On the part of the BCE Scholarship Committee, we decided the postpone our project this December because we understand that the scholars have a lot of catching up and making up to do in their school work. However, we would like to continue with our “Valentines Treat ng mga Scholars kay Lolo at Lola” in February next year like we have been doing these past two (2) years. Likewise, we hope to start a regular feeding project for streetchildren and indigents in conjunction with the Lingap sa Barangay next year too.

As a result of the postponement of the Christmas project, the huge BCE Scholars Christmas tree at the Pasig City Hall lobby will be missed this Christmas season. In lieu, the BCE Scholars will have a Valentines project to be launched in January 2010 in time for the 2nd General Assembly on February 2010.

Cheers and abundant blessings to you all.

Sincerely,

Tita ester yamson

  1. If you really want to get money for your education, then you will have to work hard in searching for the obscure, unknown and unclaimed scholarships. You just need to be a detective and investigate to unlock that secret money even if you have to call the colleges directly.
